We are looking for a Software Engineer, who is passionate about building robust
monitoring and deployment systems that help drive fast, safe, and reliable releases.
You’ll help shape the backbone of our Next Generation Portal, which enables both
internal teams and third-party developers to deliver new features rapidly in a
distributed development model.
As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:
● Designing, developing, unit testing & rollout of features
● Design, develop, and deploy monitoring and observability tools for mission-
critical infrastructure
● Lead the development of dashboards and alerting systems for Kubernetes
clusters, cloud security, and performance metrics
● Monitor and troubleshoot availability and performance issues.
● Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams in an Agile environment to
troubleshoot issues, streamline deployments, and create feedback loops
● Enhance system performance and improve release reliability through automation
and optimization
● Champion CI/CD pipeline improvements and introduce best practices in cloud
infrastructure and infrastructure as code
● Actively participate in design and code reviews, fostering a culture of
engineering excellence

To be successful in this role, you will:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
● Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and database systems
● Proficiency in Java, Python, Golang, or a similar high-level language
● Familiarity with Kubernetes, monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana), and
cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
● Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions) and
infrastructure-as-code frameworks (e.g., Terraform)
● Self-driven, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with minimal
supervision
