Martin: Good morning. Thank you for this meeting. We know that sales
have dropped by 20%, which is a serious problem. Alvaro and I have
developed a comprehensive plan with four key strategies to solve this.
We are confident this is the best plan to improve our performance next
semester.

Alvaro: That's right. Our plan is proactive and focuses on
four different business activities. We are going to cover
customer retention, new customer acquisition, team
performance, and market expansion. Martin will present the
first two strategies.
OUR FIRST STRATEGY:
Customer Loyalty Program
WE ARE LOSING REPEAT BUSINESS. OUR CUSTOMER RETENTION IS LOWER THAN
LAST YEAR.
WE ARE GOING TO LAUNCH A NEW, TIERED LOYALTY PROGRAM TO REWARD OUR
MOST VALUABLE CUSTOMERS. THE MARKETING DEPARTMENT WILL BE
RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS DESIGN AND PROMOTION.
THE PROGRAM WILL HAVE THREE LEVELS: SILVER,
GOLD, AND PLATINUM. CUSTOMERS WILL GET
POINTS FOR EACH PURCHASE, WHICH THEY CAN
USE FOR DISCOUNTS. GOLD AND PLATINUM
MEMBERS WILL GET EXCLUSIVE EARLY ACCESS TO
NEW PRODUCTS. THIS WILL MAKE THEM FEEL
MORE VALUED THAN EVER BEFORE.
WE ARE STARTING THE DEVELOPMENT PHASE WITH
THE IT DIVISION NEXT MONTH AND PLAN A FULL
LAUNCH BY SEPTEMBER.
THIS IS A MORE STRUCTURED SYSTEM. INSTEAD OF
RANDOM DISCOUNTS, IT BUILDS A LONG-TERM
RELATIONSHIP. IT'S AN ONGOING PROJECT, NOT A
ONE-TIME ACTIVITY, DESIGNED TO CREATE THE MOST
LOYAL CUSTOMER BASE IN OUR INDUSTRY."

My second strategy
focuses on our internal
team.
OUR SALES TEAM IS TALENTED, BUT THEY NEED MORE EFFECTIVE TOOLS AND
TECHNIQUES TO FACE NEW MARKET CHALLENGES.
I AM GOING TO PROPOSE AN INTENSIVE TRAINING PROGRAM MANAGED BY THE
HUMAN RESOURCES DIVISION. OUR OBJECTIVE IS TO MAKE OUR SALES FORCE MORE
PERSUASIVE AND PROACTIVE.
THE TRAINING WILL COVER THREE AREAS: ADVANCED
NEGOTIATION, DIGITAL SALES TOOLS, AND THE MOST
EFFECTIVE CLOSING TECHNIQUES FOR OUR NEW PRODUCT
LINE. THE SALES DIRECTOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
ENSURING EVERY TEAM MEMBER PARTICIPATES.
WE EXPECT OUR TEAM TO BE MORE COMPETITIVE AND BETTER
EQUIPPED TO TURN LEADS INTO SALES.

Targeted Digital Marketing Campaign
OUR CURRENT MARKETING IS TOO GENERAL. WE ARE NOT REACHING SPECIFIC, HIGH-
POTENTIAL CUSTOMER SEGMENTS. I PREFER TO SEARCHING IN THE CLOUD...
WE ARE GOING TO IMPLEMENT A DATA-DRIVEN DIGITAL MARKETING CAMPAIGN. THE
MARKETING TEAM WILL CREATE SPECIFIC CONTENT FOR DIFFERENT DEMOGRAPHICS,
ESPECIALLY ON PLATFORMS LIKE INSTAGRAM AND LINKEDIN. THE ADVANTAGE IS THAT
WILL BE IN THE ORDER OF THE CUSTOMERS. IT WILL BE MORE CHEAPER
WE WILL HAVE A DEDICATED PROJECT MANAGER FOR THIS. THE FIRST STEP IS TO
ANALYZE OUR CURRENT CUSTOMER DATA TO IDENTIFY THE MOST PROFITABLE
SEGMENTS. THEN, WE WILL CREATE ENGAGING VIDEO AND INTERACTIVE CONTENT. THIS
APPROACH IS MORE DIRECT AND MEASURABLE THAN OUR OLD PRINT CAMPAIGNS. IS
SIMILAR TO TIKTOK. THIS IS OUR ADVANTAGE.
WE ARE LAUNCHING THE FIRST PHASE OF THE CAMPAIGN AT THE BEGINNING OF THE
NEXT SEMESTER, IN AUGUST. AND THE RESULTS, WILL BE IN SETEMBER.

BECAUSE IT'S A SMARTER STRATEGY. INSTEAD OF SPENDING A LOT ON BROAD
ADVERTISING, WE ARE GOING TO INVEST IN REACHING THE RIGHT PEOPLE. INSTEAD,
WE WILL TRACK THE CONVERSION RATE WEEKLY TO ENSURE IT IS THE MOST EFFICIENT
USE OF OUR BUDGET. WE ARE CHOOSING TO INVEST IN THE RIGHT WAY.
FINALLY, MY SECOND STRATEGY IS OUR MOST AMBITIOUS ONE.
WE CHOOSE TO WORK IN MARKET
EXPANSION
OUR MAIN MARKET IS BECOMING SATURATED, AND GROWTH IS GETTING MORE
DIFFICULT.
WE ARE GOING TO EXPLORE A NEW MARKET SEGMENT: YOUNG PROFESSIONALS
BETWEEN 25-35 YEARS OLD. THIS IS A DEMOGRAPHIC WE HAVEN'T TARGETED BEFORE.
THIS IS A BIGGER PROJECT THAT INVOLVES THE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT (R&D)
AND MARKETING DIVISIONS.
PHASE 1 : R&D WILL ANALYZE THEIR NEEDS AND PREFERENCES.

PHASE 2: WE WILL ADAPT OUR PRODUCT MESSAGING AND PACKAGING TO BE MORE
ATTRACTIVE TO THEM.
PHASE 3 : WE WILL LAUNCH A PILOT PROGRAM IN TWO MAJOR CITIES.

THIS IS THE MOST INNOVATIVE PART OF OUR PLAN AND WILL SECURE OUR COMPANY'S
GROWTH FOR THE NEXT FIVE YEARS.
