First, let us construct the frequency table for the bar graph:

(a) Number of pupils that scored less than 8


= Number of pupils that scored less than 9 mark in between 0-7.
= 2 + 5 + 3 + 6 + 7 + 10 + 10 + 1
= 44
(b) Number of pupils in the class
= 2 + 5 + 3 + 6 + 7 + 10 + 10 + 1 + 6 + 8 + 6
= 64
(c) Marks scored by least number of pupils:
Looking at the frequency table, we can see that only one student
scored 7 marks in the test.
Thus, the marks scored by least number of students is 7 marks.
(d) Number of students that scored more than 5
= number of students scored in between 6 - 10.
= 10 + 1 + 6 + 8 + 6
= 31
(e) Marks scored by greatest number of pupils:
Looking at the frequency table, we can see that 10 students scored 5
marks and 10 students scored 6 marks in the test.
Thus, the marks scored by greatest number of students is 5 and 6
marks.
(f) Number of students who scored 6 marks are 10.
