PLACE AND DATE : M/s. SHIV MARINE EXPORTS Pvt Ltd, ANDHRA PRADESH, between 16.00
OF SURVEY hrs and 18.45 hrs on 05.03.2022

PACKING : IQF shrimps in a plain polythene bag, mouth heat sealed with header card.
10 such bags placed in a master corrugated cardboard carton, flaps folded
down and secured with adhesive tape.

MARKS & NOS. : All the cartons were found with details of Brand name, Description, Code,
Grade, Weight etc.,

DETAILS OF EXAMINATION

18 Master Cartons were selected at random from the above consignment,opened and examined the
internal condition, the details are as under:
• The material was found to be hard frozen.
• All the cartons were found to be intact and in sound condition.
• The cartons,which were opened for inspection,were immediately repacked.
• Quality inspection was not carried out.
• The shipment has been surveyed for external conditions during stuffing the product into the container.
• The temperature of cargo was between minus 16.7°C to minus 17.8°C

All the 1800 Master Cartons were stuffed into 40' Reefer Container No. SEGU952933-4 under our
supervision. Prior to stuffing, the internal condition of the container was visually inspected by us, found
clean and suitable to load the cargo. The container was sealed with liner seal no H6532239. Data
Logger with number WY 192107000114 was placed in lot number 27.
