Navigate to Prepare Source Lines:
Navigator > Fixed Assets > Assets>
Change Book, if required
Select Task pane > Prepare Source Lines
Note: The Create Mass Additions program has already been run
from Fusion Pyables to import the Supplier Invoices information.
The source lines can also have come from Spreadsheet upload.
Similar preparation of lines can be done for thos elines also.
Search for the source lines you wish to prepare for asset creation Book = XXXX
(Select Corporate Book)
Enter the asset book and other applicable criteria and click Queue = 'New' (for
search. new/inserted assets)
-Add other desired search
For latest lines choose "NEW" under Queue. criteria
Click Search
In the Search Results window, highlight the line and click edit
window either by clicking on the pencil or Actions > Edit
Enter the details for the asset. Select the Major and Minor
Category
Change the Queue: Post (if required to be picked up by Post Mass and change the Queue status
Additions) to "Post"
