(Literally see 3 commenters who always fulltime fiercely post pro UW
stuff in here)
I used UpWork since it was oDesk, 17 years now, and it's gone downhill
rapidly in the last few years, so much so, that as a client I get scammed
more than ever before. (They don't succeed but they try.. even doing
video calls with fake faces... it's nuts)
The automatic application bots make UW a lot of money, and it's hurting
both clients and freelancers.
If I was a freelancer I'd go to UseMe.com
