MICRO:BIT

Introduction
The BBC micro: bit is a pocket-sized computer that introduces you to how
software and hardware work together. It has an LED light display, buttons, sensors
and many input/output features that you can program and physically interact with.
Features
1. LED Display: 25 red LEDs arranged in a 5x5 grid that can display patterns,
scrolling text, or be used for simple visual feedback.
2. Buttons: Two programmable buttons (A and B) that can be used for user input.
3. Light Sensor: Detects the surrounding light levels using the LED matrix.
4. Bluetooth Connectivity: Enables communication with other devices via
Bluetooth, such as sending data to smartphones or other micro: bits.
5. USB Port: Used to connect to a computer for programming and to provide
power.
6. Processor: An ARM Cortex-M0 processor, which runs the code and controls
the micro: bit's functions.
7. Built-in Speaker and Microphone: Later versions of the micro: bit include a
speaker and microphone, allowing it to play sounds and respond to noise.
8. Battery Connector: It has a connector for battery packs (2 x AAA batteries),
enabling portable use.
