Microsoft Teams, Bitrix24) for the Business Communication assignment.

1. Zoho Meet
o Anshul presented the basic information.
o Vihas highlighted its features such as screen sharing and webinar options.
o Chaitanya shared pricing details, noting that the free version has participant
and time limitations.
o Soham analyzed pros and cons; team felt it was useful but limited for larger
groups.
2. Microsoft Teams
o Anshul explained its integration with Microsoft 365.
o Vihas mentioned uniqueness like seamless collaboration tools.
o Chaitanya clarified that it is free for basic use but subscription is required for
advanced features.
o Soham noted it is reliable but may be complex for new users.
3. Bitrix24
o Anshul gave a brief introduction to the platform.
o Vihas emphasized its uniqueness as an all-in-one tool with task management,
chat, and video calling.
o Chaitanya shared that it offers a free version with decent features, and
affordable subscription plans.
o Soham analyzed and concluded that it meets both communication and project
needs.
Decision Taken:
The group unanimously decided to select Bitrix24 as the final software due to its
comprehensive features, ease of use, and affordability.

ESSAY WRITING
On 27th August 2025, our group of four members conducted a meeting to discuss the
Business Communication assignment. The task assigned to us was to research and evaluate
free or low-cost communication applications, and as a team, we focused on three options:
Zoho Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Bitrix24. Each member had a specific role in the
discussion, which made the process structured and collaborative. I, Soham More, acted as the
facilitator and also analyzed the overall performance of the apps. Anshul provided the basic
information about each software, while Vihas Reddy focused on highlighting their unique
features. Chaitanya Murthy shared the details of pricing and subscription plans.
The discussion began with Zoho Meet, where we appreciated its simple interface but found
its free version slightly restrictive. Next, Microsoft Teams was considered reliable and
feature-rich, but it required some familiarity and worked best with a subscription plan.
Finally, we discussed Bitrix24, which stood out as more than just a meeting tool. Its
integration of chat, task management, and video conferencing, along with CRM integration
within the platform, provided a complete solution. The fact that it had a decent free version
and affordable paid plans made it more practical for wider use, based on the number of users
and varying affordable prices.
After reviewing all options, we collectively decided to select Bitrix24 as our preferred
communication platform. This meeting not only helped us reach a fair decision but also gave
us a hands-on experience of teamwork, structured discussions, and decision-making, which
are essential skills in professional communication.
