PROJECT & APPLICATION ENGINEER

The Job:
The Project & Application Engineer provides sales support to (regional) sales personnel which
includes for product information, marketing tools, quotations and application engineering. The
responsibilities include technical solutions to customers, identifying customers' purchasing
requirements and technical specifications.
The Project & Application Engineer will interact with the engineering groups to assist in design
changes to equipment and may be responsible for training and communicating with customers on
systems applications.
The Tasks:
• Provide technical sales support across Europe, including product info, quotations, and
marketing tools
• Analyze customer requirements and propose tailored technical solutions
• Create product drawings and Revit files using AutoCAD Inventor
• Conduct cost analysis and coordinate pricing with manufacturing and sales teams
• Support design improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, customers, and external partners
• Contribute to technical documentation, procurement, and occasional site visits
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 4-5 years related work experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong customer service skills
• Sales and marketing experience a plus
• Ability to handle client and customer issues tactfully and professionally
• Good working experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Completion of a college/university degree in (mechanical) engineering, technology or
equivalent technical discipline (Masters degree is a plus)
• English minimum at B2 level (company language)
