MY ROUTINE

Morning Routine:

5:00 AM: Wake up and start your day.

5:15 AM: Have a balanced breakfast to fuel your body for the day

ahead.

5:45 AM: Get ready for work and gather all necessary items.

6:00 AM: Commute to your workplace.

Work Routine:

6:30 AM - 11:00 AM: Engage in personal training sessions with

clients, providing guidance and support.

11:00 AM: Wrap up the training sessions for the morning

Afternoon Routine:

11:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Return home and take care of personal tasks,

such as cleaning, doing laundry, and preparing lunch.

12:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Enjoy a well-deserved break and have a


nutritious lunch.

2:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Dedicate time to your studies, whether it's

researching new training techniques, reading fitness-related

literature, or attending online courses.

Evening Routine:
