INTRAMURALS 2025 ACTIVITY PROPOSAL
Date: August 1–2, 2025

Theme:“One Team, One Goal: Strengthening Unity Through Sports and
Spirit”
I. RATIONALE
The Intramurals 2025 provides a platform for students to develop and display
their athletic, leadership, and collaborative abilities through organized sports
and games. It serves as an avenue to cultivate not just physical strength, but
also sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork among students. Teachers and
stakeholders are likewise engaged, fostering a supportive and inclusive school
environment.

This activity aligns with the Department of Education’s Vision of producing

holistically developed Filipino learners and supports the Mission of
providing a learner-centered public education that encourages excellence and
resilience. The values promoted during the event are also deeply rooted in
DepEd's Core Values:
 Makadiyos – Practicing honesty and self-discipline
 Makatao – Promoting fairness, camaraderie, and teamwork
 Makakalikasan – Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in all venues
 Makabansa – Encouraging unity and active participation with pride

To ensure that learning continuity is not disrupted during the event, all
students will be provided with self-learning modules for the two-day
duration. This guarantees that even those not actively participating in the
games can continue their academic progress. The school affirms its
commitment that no learner will be left behind, and that there will be no
disruption of learning during the Intramurals.

II. OBJECTIVES
1. Promote physical fitness, discipline, and wellness among students.
2. Strengthen unity and camaraderie among students, faculty, and
stakeholders.
3. Instill values of sportsmanship, fairness, and cooperation.

4. Provide a platform for students to exhibit their talents in sports and

performing arts.
