of Action
Write about the eight segments of your development.
Identify words or phrases that represent aspects about yourself which you like.
List items you consider to be weaknesses or areas for improvement.
Mention neutral or factual descriptors, such as "5 feet 4 inches tall, 120 pounds."
Analyze whether some categories have more negative than positive aspects.
If there is a larger proportion of negative to positive areas, more effort will be
needed to achieve positive self-esteem.
If the majority of your negative responses are in one or two areas, your self-
esteem is likely to be good but has a few self-estimates that need improvement.
Name some ways in which you can improve the negative areas and further
enhance the positive aspects.

Review the success stories of Manny Pacquiao, Pia Wurtzbach, and Dr.
Rose Zeta-Capeding. What do you think was the recipe for the success of
these well featured individuals?
Make your personal recipe for achieving personal goals. Identify your
goal, (you may refer to the previous activity of aspects of self inspired by
the success stories) and break it down into a recipe.
