Teacher Hannah stated in her reflection that she will use the system approach to compute grades of
her student. She state that doing something systematically or orderly will help us to see the real
result and standing. I prefer this approach because it helps me to see where ourlearners need to
improve.The school form that is easiest to accomplish is the school form 1 or the school register. The
master list of classenrollment is all about this form. Additionally, this is also downloadable to Learning
Information System therefore it is easierto accomplished. The most difficult school forms to
accomplish is the school form 10(SF10) which is the SF 10- Learner’s Permanent
Academic Record.
Teacher Angelo stated in his reflection that he prefer to use E Class Record. Because it easier to use
not time consuming. He stated that I will be having lot of time to spent to the other works. Also, it can
help us teachers to have accurate grade of our students. The SF1, because your only need to do is to
encode the personal information of your students in SF1 form. The SF9 is one of the most difficult to
accomplish, since it requires instructors to compute and enter the students grades into the form 138.
Waiting for the students to fulfill their requirements so that their grades can be completed and they
may progress to the next grade level, which includes written work, performance duties,and
attendance record.
Teacher Rojean stated in her reflection that she will in computing the grades of learners, it should be
same and fair. A teacher should have basis in grading the output of his/her student example of this is
50% performance task, 30% written work and 20% quarterly assessment. By this method every
student will have the opportunity to get that they work hard on. While to compute the grade, a
teacher can use excel, because it gave a fair and correct grade as it automatically computes the final
grade of each learner by encoding their raw scores. Doing all kind of school form is not an easy job for
teacher, but for me SF 10 is the most difficult to accomplished. School form 10 also known as learners
individual permanent academic record by quarter and school year, this form is a simplified and
standardized from form 137 that teachers need to accomplish at the end of the
school year.
Teacher Shyna stated in her reflection that As the teacher, I plan to utilize an electronic grading
system to calculate my students' grades while maintaining a physical class record as tangible proof of
my calculations. This approach is advantageous because it eliminates the need for manual grade
computation, which can be challenging given the number of students. Among the various school
forms, completing SF2, is the easiest.In my view, this particular school form stands out as the most
demanding because it demands a high degree of accuracy and thorough checking of the information
entered. It's a form that requires careful handling to avoid any erasures or mistakes, as we strive for
precision. In comparison to other forms, it consumes more time, at least in my experience.

quick feedback to my students about their progress therefore I will use e-class record to
systematically compute their grades. I prefer this kind of approach since it will enable me to save time
and effort in inputting the data and solving it.Among the different forms that teachers needs to

And lastly, Teacher Judy Ann stated in her reflection that she prefer to use an e-class record to

when computing grades. Instead of having to perform all of the calculations myself, I can simply enter
