Scenario ANALYT ICS


As we know planning of wedding is a very big task and
implementing all steps to ensure that it happens properly
is also important. We have lots of steps to cover. Planning
Wedding location, deciding menu , deciding no. of guest and
accordingly deciding a perfect location for it, then we have
to circulate message , and finally last but not least all the
religious programs we do to complete it successfully.
PLAN
We will first decide date of wedding and accordingly we will make arrangements of hall
.we will plan for location first.
PREPARE
Next thing to do is preparation for bookings and all. Arrangement of money they
are willing to spend, all the documents and things needed to do bookings.
PROCESS
Then we have to make a list of all guests for inviting them to wedding. we will count no.
of guest and we will plan accordingly about their stay and other arrangements of food
and dining etc. we will make plans of events we want to organize such as
sangeet, mehendi etc. We will process available data that is count of guests, rooms, and
quantity of food.
ANALYZE
Next step will be analyzing our data. We obviously have to decide which food items we
are going to offer our guest , menu card for lunch and dinner. We have to make separate
list of guests which are our close relative and make separate arrangements for them and
all the religious programs and items related to them. We also have to manage timings of
programs , what will be first and next? By observing all programs and events we will
decide end of our program.
SHARE
Now we have to share invitation card for wedding purpose to the guest list we have
made. Communicate about all plans and events to all relatives by sharing messages and
cards.
ACT
Finally when day will come and all events and arrangements will be executed
successfully!
