Process Description - WIPL-P
1.Primary Collection :The water comes by gravity to this chamber where we reduce
BOD & COD of the inlet waste water
2.MBBR Zone: The water will overflow from primary collection to MBBR Zone and
media is in this chamber for the proper reduction of BOD & COD. Air will provide in this
system through Air Blower.
3.Settling Zone : The sludge from the MBBR Zone will be settle in this chamber and
recirculate through pump to primary collection.
This process will be continuous for 18 to 24 months and only 50% of Sludge will be
removed from Primary Collection
WIPL-FF
Process Description - WIPL-FF
The Process will be similar to the PSRT Model we only add Tertiary treatment to
the system for the removal of Suspended Solid
1.Filter Feed Tank :The over flow from the settling zone will come to this chamber and
a pump is submerged in the system to feed Multi Grade filter
2.Multi Grade Filter : The sand media is filled in the vessel which is used to remove
the Suspended solid from the waste water.
3.Activated Carbon Filter : The water from MGF will passes through this vessel for
the removal of smell and other impurities. The activated carbon used as the media for
the vessel.
4.Treated water Tank : This tank is used as the storage tank for the further
application like gardening , flushing etc.
