Greetings!

Immaculate Conception Polytechnic – CSJDM Campus is an educational institution that offer a senior high
school program. Emphasizing our dedication to providing comprehensive education, we strongly believe in the
importance of exposing our students to diverse career activities.

In light of this objective, we are delighted to inform you that we are planning to organize our Talent Search
and Mr. & Ms. ICP on August 29, 2025, from 9:00 A.M to 6:00 P.M. To ensure the success of this event, we
are seeking permission to utilize the Events area of Star Mall as this is an ideal venue to accommodate our
expected participants of approximately 1000 individuals.

We expect to bring a selection of our skilled students, teachers, and staff, along with the necessary equipment
to ensure a delightful and prosperous event. We kindly request your good office to lend us a stage, stage
backdrop and 500 chairs on the day of the event, and permission to accommodate our partner Lights and
Sound System supplier for the ingress of their equipment, including speakers and lights.
We believe that this collaboration will not only benefit the students but will also contribute positively to the
community as a whole.
