Job Description:-Bussiness Strategy Intern-Founder’s Office​

🌟 Why this role is exciting?


This internship is designed for someone who wants to fast-track their learning curve. You'll work directly
with leadership, get exposure to deals, technology, operations, and growth strategies — and you’ll use
cutting-edge tools like Hubspot, Ai apps like ChatGPT, Claude etc. daily. It’s a generalist role with a
unique opportunity to learn how different parts of a business come together to drive scale.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

1.​ Marketing Research & Campaign Support: Deep-dive into customer segments, markets, and
competitors to support strategic decision-making to contribute to digital campaigns by generating
target account insights, messaging strategies, and performance analysis.

2.​ Workflow Automation: Leverage platforms like ChatGPT, Claude to automate tasks and scale
productivity.​

3.​ Sales Pipeline Ownership: Monitor the movement of deals across stages using HubSpot. Flag
risks, delays, or broken processes before they snowball.​

4.​ Reporting & Insights: Build dashboards and prepare data-driven insights for leadership on deal
health, productivity, and growth opportunities.​

5.​ Revenue Strategy Ops: Drive weekly reviews with AEs and Sales VPs, surface blockers, and
assess deal health to ensure high win rates.​

6.​ Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to solve
strategic problems and implement initiatives.

7.​ Call Intelligence & Follow-ups: Join key sales and strategy calls, maintain consistent talk
tracks, document action items, and share summaries with stakeholders.​

What We're Looking For

●​ Tech-savvy & hands-on: You love experimenting with new tools and can self-learn software
quickly.​

●​ Inherently curious & agile: You ask the ‘why’ behind things, adapt fast, and thrive in ambiguity.​

●​ Strong analytical skills: You can structure messy data into insights and drive decisions.​

●​ Excellent communication: Whether it’s writing crisp call notes or aligning teams, you can

●​ Collaborative mindset: You work well across functions and don’t mind getting your hands dirty
when needed.

Key Requirements

●​ Fresh graduates or final-year students.​


●​ Prior internship or project experience in strategy or hands on any experience with ai automation
apps like n8n is a plus.
