Access google drive via drive.google.com on your web browser (for PC user)
Search for Google Drive on Playstore and Appstore (iphone users), then sign-in with
your google account.
Understand the Clean and Simple Interface
Left Sidebar contains navigations like
+ New - new button create new folder, file, google sheet or slide and to upload files.
My Drive – main hub for your files and documents.
Shared with me – contain files and folder shared with you, it’s that simple to work
together.
Recent – file you recently worked on.
Starred – stored important filed you starred, for quick access to critical files, right-click
and select Add to Starrred.
Trash – contains deleted files and folder, also you can restore and delete permanently
from the trash section.
Search Bar – to quickly find what you need, finding files is easy with this bar as this saves
time when your drive gets crowded.
Managing files is straightforward. Double-click to open a file and it opens right in your
browser, while others might download first.
To share file or folder, right-click on the file, select share, then type in e-mail addresses
you want share with or generate link and send. Also, you can set permission viewer to
Editor or commenter.
Google drive is a powerful tool for storing files, collaborating with other and for keeping
your work organized.
Note: Enable offline access in setting to work without Wi-Fi
Access google drive on the Go
Download Google drive app for IOS or Android. Sign in with google details and browse,
upload and share files just like on the web.
Tap the Three-dot (…) next to any file for more options, to share, rename and download.
Keep eye on your storage. In the sidebar, you’ll see how much space you’re using.
