Uploading files and folders
in google drive
Uploading a file
To upload a file, first log in to your Gmail account and open google drive.
Next, click on the button then click on the
button.

A pop-up window of the file explorer opens, choose the desired file and click on the

button, on the bottom right of your screen a pop-up window appears,


Wait for the file to upload. The time will depend on the size of the file
After the file finishes uploading a tick mark will appear next to the file

Your file has now been successfully uploaded!


Uploading a folder
To upload a folder, open google drive.
Next, click on the button then click on the
button.

A pop-up window of the file explorer opens, choose the desired folder and click on the

button, on the bottom right of your screen a pop-up window appears,


Wait for the folder to upload. The time will depend on the size of the folder
After the folder finishes uploading a tick mark will appear next to the folder

Your folder has now been successfully uploaded!


(You can also click on the + icon and make a new folder and add all of your files)

Sharing files in Google Drive
Sharing files
To Share a file or folder, right click on it. A drop-down
window appears, click on share,
a window pops up
You can either type
A specific email
address or you can
get a link and share
it anywhere you want.

If you want to share to many people then click on


and then click on copy link. You can now send this link to anyone!

Moving Files in google drive
Moving a file
To move a file, right click on it. A drop-down
window appears, click on move, another drop down
Menu appears,
navigate and
choose which
folder you want
to move it to.
Finally, click on
the
Button, Your file has been successfully moved!

Click on the download button.
Your file will successfully be
