Cloud server- a simple cloud server definition is cloud servers are virtual (not physical)
servers running in a cloud computing environment that can be accessed on demand by
unlimited users. Cloud servers work just like physical servers and they perform similar
functions like storing data and running applications.
DIFFERENT TYPES OF CLOUD SERVER
Public Cloud:
Resources are owned and managed by a third-party provider and made available to the
public via the internet.
Example: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform.
Private Cloud:
Resources are dedicated to a single organization and accessed by a select group of
users.
Example: A company's internal cloud infrastructure.
Hybrid Cloud:
Combines elements of both public and private clouds, allowing organizations to leverage
the benefits of both.
Example: Using a private cloud for sensitive data and a public cloud for less sensitive
applications.
Community Cloud:
Shared infrastructure among multiple organizations with common security concerns or
requirements.
Multicloud:
Using multiple cloud providers to diversify infrastructure and resources.
Distributed Cloud:
Running and deploying public cloud services in different locations, including third-party
data centers, your provider's public cloud infrastructure, or your own on-premise
infrastructure.
Social Media Outlet (SMO)-A social media outlet refers to platforms like Facebook,
Twitter, and LinkedIn where users can connect and share information online. These
outlets are easily accessible through various devices, allowing users to interact without
being tied to a computer.
