MOTIVATION LETTER OF MASTER DEGREE IN MANAGEMENT
As an African student growing among Indians and having business doing in China, I also completed BA
Degree in Education Management with Professional Certificate at the Nigeria Institute of Management,
Nigeria. I have been nurturing a dream to become a scholar and teacher of International Business Manager,
Project Management, Tax Administrator and Management or Public Sector Management and Sustainable
Development. My vicinity where I grew up is full of diverse social coexistence elements like cultural
diffusion and currency exchange fluctuations which fascinated me a lot to ponder over various aspects of
business management of modern society from my cradle days. For achieving that goal, I started my journey
towards Institute of Management, Nigeria from where I have acquired Graduate certificate in Management.
I accomplished a project on social work practices in Nigeria professionalism, education and expertise
during my Post graduation. Apart from this, I completed project on socio economic conditions of China
and International trade and Business Management. It is notable that we had educational tour from where I
have learnt socio economic and geographical difference between to Ghana and Taiwan conferences. I also
participated in a workshop on‟ Research methodology‟ organized by training and placement office, HSE
which made me adroit on various methods of research in social science. So, I have decided to pursue
another Master Degreeat your department.
As an Nigerian student I have specifics topic for my research because this topic is very much related to the
social and economic development of Nigeria and China. Presently Nigeria economy is progressing rapidly
with some certain social problems. So, to accelerate the present rate of development and to take it to
satisfactory level, the present social problems are to be finished. I think my research topic would help
greatly to reach that end. So, I am of the opinion that my research area is very suitable to present scenario
of Indian socioeconomic development and of course, for economic development of China as well. All are
well cognizant of the fact that unlike other countries, Chinese and Nigeria are occupying a great space in
in African Trade as it is a Diasporic country.
Hence my one and only purpose of pursuing my research on my present topic is because of the reason that
Diaspora‟ is the most discussed issue in World Trade Organization (WTO) Analysis on which I could
explore various things pertaining to my concerning area. Presently China is acknowledged by all as an
economical giant and a commercial hub for countries of south and south-east Asia. Notably, people
belonging to Chinese and Nigerian Diaspora contribute in the development of Nigeria at a great extent.
African Community and Russia are playing a pivotal role in the overall development of West African
countries. So, Russia is always suitable destination for doing my research with highly qualified faculty,
inimitable research facilities that are very helpful in my research field. A Master Program in Management
at Saint Patersburg State University would be a great advantage for me to become a competent scholar and
teacher of geography. Finally, I can say without little hesitation that I am very confident and I have
sufficient ability to do research on my present topic because I have already completed few research projects
that are related to my research topic. I am also confident that I have a strong zeal for doing research to
contribute in the development of my country. I also think my research on this topic would help to do so. I
admit that a research from your university would be very beneficial for me. I wish to join in this university
because Management is very famous for its faculties, research materials and teaching than that of other
universities.
