THE GAPS MODEL
Developed by three American researchers.
'Parasu'
Parasuraman, Valarie Zeithaml and
Len Berry, in 1988.
Research focused on the perceptions of
customers of banks, telephone companies and
retailers.
Conclusion: Customers are the only real judges
of quality.
