ABSTRACT
• Increase in financing, a decent move which
requires checking and long investment with
uncertainty.
• Determine post appropriation success and
post reception success.
• Performing post selection success by using IS

• A systematic literature review method was
adopted to achieve an inductive investigation.
• key words are employed for searching
literature.
• Delone and Mclean IS success model is
applied for measuring post reception.
• In future studies, focuse on literature review
for post reception.
• By testing, to determine the suitable process
stream for developments.
INTRODUCTION
• Provides an overview of portal design and
implementation.
• Portal design describe the development of new
tools and services.
• Popular social software is Blogs and Wikis.

E-LEARNING
• A process of learning information provided by
web services.
• The content is derived from various web service
which allows the contexts in semantic level.
• Web services are extended or enhanced by
discovering the unified query processing.
• In data processing operations, to empower
semantic retrieval for e-learning content.
E-LEARNING TECHNIQUES
• Context aware semantic E-Learning
• Semantic grid based E-Learning
• Knowledge based content navigation
• Fuzzy domain ontology extraction
• Multi-model ontology based E-Learning
• Abstract learning object content model
• Ontology driven E-Learning system
• Sharable content object reference model
EXISTING SYSTEM
• Several limitations over extensibility and
interoperability.
• Static in nature and not very interactive with
user and developers.
• Not providing bulk storage for multiple user
pages.
• Video and audio files are very slow.
• Client side scripting options are not enabled.
PROPOSED SYSTEM
• An enterprise-class open source product lifecycle
management.
• Interactive UI pages are provided to users.
• Includes Home, login, admin, portal category, portal
uploads and downloads, feedback, logout.
• Scalability and robustness the redistribution of source
code.
MERITS
• Fast storage and retrieval of requested data.
• Ensure user profile security.
• According to user’s options, optimized portal
pages provided.
• Providing bulk storage for multiple user pages.
• Video and audio files are fast and work even in
slow internet connections.
CONCLUSION
• Deployed on an intranet or internet.
• Improves knowledge on particular field with updation at
any point of time.
• Managing increased number of portal users.
• Highly secured, unauthorized users cannot be permitted.
• Donation feature are added for convenient of client and
trust.
• To maintain all personal and technical contacts can be
