Important Notice
• Teachers are expected to work in pairs to make the delivery easy.
• We will be having two groups for primary school. Grade 1 and 2 will
work together as a group. While Grade 3 and 4 will also work together
as a group.
• To make the combined class work, we will be adopting Level 1
resources for Grade 1 and 2, and level 3 resources for Grade 3 and 4.
• Grade 1 and 2 teachers will work together to deliver the activities of
their group while Grade 3 and 4 teachers will also work together.
Brief Morning Meeting (Planning Session)
• Teachers in the same group are expected to meet briefly for say 20
minutes on Tuesday morning.
• During the brief meeting, a brief review of each activity guide should
be done while they should agree on who is leading which activity.
• Once activities have been shared amongst them, it is important to
ensure that individuals have proper understanding of the task he/she
is leading.
• During the activity, the teachers should support each other to ensure
coordinated activities to achieve desired results.

BEFORE YOU START ANY ACTIVITY
• Read out the title of the activity to the learners.
• Next, you should read out the learning objectives.
• The “say in your own word” part should be said in your own word as
simple as possible to ensure students will understand what you said.
• The “key question” part should be read to the students too.

• GET TO KNOW YOU ACTIVITY


The focus should be on the key question which is captured above. The
activity shouldn’t be followed as detailed.
“All about me bunting sheet” pdf should be given to each students to fill
out the details which should be read aloud by student volunteers.
Start by reading the title of the activity and learning objectives to the
students. Next, move to “say in your own words” part, ask the key
question next and then share the “All about me bunting sheet” .
The teacher should share their favorites with their students as well. Skip
the discussion and the second “say in your own words” part.

term.
1. The morning routine activity will be the routine you will follow every day for
the rest of the term.
2. Greeting activity is how your students will be greeting. It should convey the
school culture of greeting.
3. “Answering questions” activity captures the procedure that your students will
take for asking questions.
This is to let you know that you have to put your mind into it and be deliberate
about your responses. Think through the morning routines and other
responses before starting so you can guide the thoughts of the learners.
