BACKGROUND OF THE PROJECT
This system project proposal to Serin Public Library can
help them minimize the paper work and time consumption of
their transactions. It can provide a unique ID for every student.
And register all books in this system to be easily tracked by the
librarian, the borrow book, and the issue book.The user can
search for all kinds of books, view return books, view barrow
books, and pay a penalty for not returning the book within a
given period of time.
ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVES
Library Management System is a software project which
aims in developing a computerized system transaction to
maintain all the daily work of library. It is a facility of admin

Admin Module are add new books, view books, issue
books, borrow books, membership fees, return books.
Over all this project is being develop to help the Serin Public
Library administration, and maintain the library the best way
and also minimize the human efforts.
