2. ABSTRACT:

“QR Code based Exam Cell” system is an automated system


which is especially designed and developed for the
institutions which follows CGPI/SGPI grading pattern.
Generation of results, Hall tickets and other activities are
manually done which is very tedious and time consuming
job which might lead to flaws in the result.
3.INTRODUCTION:

Current exam-cell activities are mostly done on paper.


Automated solutions using this system will make exam
department activities more efficient by covering for the
most important drawbacks of manual system, namely
speed, precision and simplicity.

The project will address firstly, access to various users


including students, teacher, exam cell staff and admin.
Then customization based on requirement of College..
4. PROBLEM STATEMENT:

The large amount of data being on paper and it


made analysis of results a tedious task, apart from
the unmanageable amount of data that is
generated in an institution from various
departments.
Following are the some issues while generating hall-ticket.

• Photos are not clear.


• No image is inserted.
• From filling up in queue of the students.
• Office recovery- fees issue.
• Duplications can be created of hall ticket create.

7.CONCLUSION:

• Smart work is better than hard work.as we seen our project is


user friendly and this system will surely help to reduce
overhead of existing work.

automation of other important activities in the institute, thus
making the college more student and staff-friendly.
