WHY DISSERTATION?
• Dissertation provides an opportunity to pursue ones area of interest in
depth.
• It is an important method of demonstration of learning- Identify, a
topic of concern in the related field, frame new research question
based on existing literature review, challenge prevailing theories or
finding solutions to business problems.
• It is a part of the requirement for your Masters degree.
OUTCOME OF THE DISSERATION WORK
Identify the research problems in the select area.
Choose proper research design.
Apply analytical and problem-solving methods.
Derive the appropriate findings and practical suggestions.

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for students
• Dissertation work must be in the area of specialization.
• Duration of the work shall be from 2nd Dec 2024 to 31st Mar 2025.
• Maintain regular contact with guide.
• Compulsorily submit work progress on fortnightly basis to the guide every alternative
FRIDAY, which starts from 13th Dec 2024 (Friday). (27th Dec 24, 10th, 24th Jan, 7th, 21st,
Feb, 7th and 21st Mar 2025 Friday)(Format prescribed)
• Reporting time : Office hours on Thursday and Friday.
• Regularity / timely submission of reports/updates is mandatory to submit
dissertation.
• The plagiarism, should not be more than 15%.
• Students can publish their research work in any of the referred journal.
• VIVA will be scheduled from 10th to 20th April 2025 in offline mode.
