Introduction

• The word "human resource" refers to the people, staff, or workforce within an organization that is accountable for carrying
out the tasks assigned to them in order to accomplish the organization's goals and objectives.
• An organization's Human Resource Management department is responsible for locating, screening, hiring, and educating
work candidates, as well as overseeing compensation programs.
Background of the organization

• REED is a United Kingdom-based jobs agency. Sir Alec Reed CBE founded the company in 1960. James Reed, Reed's son, is
the new CEO and Chairman. REED also provides HR consulting, outsourcing, and training.
• The company's website, reed.co.uk, was the UK's first jobs website, launched in 1995. Reed.co.uk was named the UK's
largest jobs company platform by Alexa in 2014.

• It has offices in the Middle East, Asia, and continental Europe, as well as a headquarters and the bulk of its activities in the
United Kingdom. Reed Professional Recruitment offers regular, contract, temporary, and external provider recruitment
services, as well as IT and HR consulting.
• Investment banking, business, and insurance, office support, education, health and care, HR, management acquisition, research,
technology, leisure, and hospitality are only a few of the specializations.
Role in the organization

• In the organization, I have chosen a Human resource consultant role which supports a variety of overall and exact advice to the
business as well as including specialized duties according to the society of human resource management.
• Working as a consultant I need to interact with multiple clients despite performing as an employee for the company. On the
other hand, it allows me to mature a career as a generalist or a specialist which depends on my interests.

• It offers more services which might land on the more clients' work as well as specializing in one or more areas that can land on
the higher paying lands.
• As an HR generalist, it helps me to grow a business with a huge variety of individual needs, handling projects by myself as
well as hiring and managing other human resource specialists for individual projects.
Development of future career

• As an HR I need to develop certain skills. Human resource is a chastisement that needs leadership and management exercise
which is essential for building skills.
• Such skills are looking for business executives and it generates more opportunities in the corporate world.

• In the human resource field, it is required to talk as a team in charge of recruitment which entails an array of interviews.
• Apart from that the HR also deals with the number of people day in and day out. As an HR I need to listen to such issues
either work-related or not.
Skill development

• As an HR it makes me take a lot of decisions.


• One good example, recruitment process, in which I need to choose whether the claimant is right for the organization or right
for the role or not.
Challenges

• Certain type of challenges confronted by me as a human resource manager are as follows: staffing as collection, emotional and
corporeal stability of workers, maintaining the equilibrium between management and employees, training, growth and
recompense, presentation assessment, and dealing with employment unions.
• Such challenges are needed to overcome by me in an HR role.

Achievements

• I have recently successfully implemented the reed as an outsourced job which is a round-up of the previous years.

would be extremely accomplished over the years.

Improving approaches

• Several things need to be developed as an HR manager. It takes rather that needs to be a true HR professional in HR
management.
• Few things need to be considered such as the emphasis on the big picture.

• Another is upholding passion.it is crucial for the HR manager in order to present the rules and requirements of the organization.
• From that, I need to discover my passion and overcome that flow.

• The term "human resource" refers to the individuals, workers, or workforce that are responsible for
completing the tasks that have been allocated to them in order to meet the organization's goals and
objectives.
• REED is a recruitment firm headquartered in the United Kingdom. James Reed has taken over as CEO
and Chairman. In addition to HR consulting, outsourcing, and training, REED also offers HR
consulting, outsourcing, and training. In the organization, I chose a Human Resource Consultant role,
which includes a range of general and detailed advice to the company.
