🚓 Leadership in action! This week, Commissioner Mal Lanyon has been travelling across the mid-north coast, western region, and northern NSW, meeting with officers, stakeholders, and local communities to listen, learn, and show his support. Hearing directly from regional communities helps senior leadership shape policing that’s more responsive, better informed, and more connected - benefiting everyone in NSW 💙

There’s a whole lot of zest in this #FeelGoodFriday 💛🍋 When life gave these Katoomba kids lemons, they made lemonade - and kept Blue Mountains PAC officers refreshed all weekend long! Big shoutout to Ruffles, Petra, Michael, Fifi, Arthur, and their mum Joanna. We left with full hearts, empty cups, and thirsts well and truly quenched 🥤

Organised Crime Squad detectives have charged three alleged contract criminals, seized five cars, and executed eight search warrants under Strike Force Flodine. “The use of kill cars has emerged as a common denominator in serious and violent crimes linked to organised crime – including murders, kidnappings, and other high-risk offences,” Commander of the Organised Crime Squad, Detective Superintendent Peter Faux, said. “We’ve had enormous success targeting organised crime by following the money. Now, we’re following the cars, and it’s proving just as effective.” MORE INFORMATION ➡️ https://lnkd.in/ewJ9kkUg
