Hours on the internet now a thing of the past!

I used to spend hours researching hotels and flights before booking holidays. I heard about Travel Counsellors from a family member and decided to give them a try when adding some extra travel days to an existing holiday. It was so helpful to leave all the holiday organisation to someone else. I just explained what I was looking for, then sat back and let Sarah do all the research! A short list of excellent recommendations was provided. Reservations, tickets, vouchers all available in one place, so simple and stress free.
A last minute glitch on my part was met with calmness and efficiency to rectify the problem. Would highly recommend.

Read all your emails!

I ordered a new oven for my elderly mother. Easy to order and pay. I paid an extra £15 to have the old one unplugged and taken away.
I was sent a number of emails, confirmation of order, confirmation of payment, confirmation of delivery etc all to my junk mail. One of them told me I needed to have the old appliance outside ready for collection. Fair enough if I had spotted it in time and annoying that they wouldn't take it away and the fee was non-refundable.
Suggestion - have this information next to the box where you select the service, instead of burying it in a separate email.
Otherwise prompt service and I am informed it makes great scones!

We apologise for the inconvenience that the old oven being left behind caused, we make the information on recycling readily available on our site and also in the email which unfortunately went into your junk mail. We are able to refund the £14.99 or arrange another collection for the item at your mother’s earliest convenience. I have emailed you regarding this, which hopefully will reach the correct inbox rather than junk mail, and I have also left a voicemail on your mother’s house phone which is the only contact number we have.
