Eloqua is a powerful and reliable marketing automation platform that scales extremely well. The campaign canvas, segmentation tools, and data management capabilities make it easy to build sophisticated journeys without manual workarounds. I also appreciate how well it supports governance — shared assets, user permissions, and templated processes help maintain consistency across multiple teams. Some areas of the platform feel dated compared with newer tools. The email and landing page editors could offer more design flexibility, and reporting isn’t always as intuitive or real-time as you’d expect.
