"Salesforce honest review"
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

Salesforce has a pretty robust system and there are so many options for customization according to your need. It can be as complex as you want and as easy as you need.CUstomer support is also fairly good, they contact you via mail and get on call with you to understand the issue fully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

Ohhh salesforce and it's UI, the worst of all and it also takes so much time to reflect those changes, andsometimes even hard refresh doesn't work, you just have to log out and then log in again Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI-Driven Efficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud"
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

I really like the newer tools in Salesforce Sales Cloud like the Agent Force for sales features. This includes tools like the sales development rep agent, the sales coach, and the lead nurturing agent, which bring some sort of AI capabilities to our workflow. These tools significantly reduce the manual tasks we used to do, as they automate a lot of the process. For new teammates, the onboarding agent is also helpful. The sales coach provides good guidance by checking all leads, opportunities, and accounts, offering a holistic view of all the information in one place. The lead nurturing agent automates communication with customers, serving as the first point of contact and saving a lot of time for our human sales reps. I also appreciate that the initial setup is quite easy and straightforward, thanks to the great documentation available from the Salesforce help website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

I find the need for more customizable templates, especially around the AI cases, to be lacking. Having a little more customization would be nice compared to what we have currently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Customizable with Excellent Opportunity Management"
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

I really appreciate how accounts, leads, and opportunities can be easily configured for business needs with Salesforce Sales Cloud. It's great that primary small automations can be made very easily, even for someone like me who doesn't have a developer background. As an administrator, with just two to three months of reading, you can customize, create, and start using Salesforce Sales Cloud quickly. The tool makes tasks like sending out emails, updating data on accounts, and creating reports and dashboards very easy. These automations make it straightforward to configure essential processes without needing extensive development experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

So tool wise, I would say, because it's a multitenant architecture, there are few limits on the number of account records you can save, create, and share. And I would say few things which could be improved is on reporting. It's a platform sales first platform. Which allows creation of simple reports and dashboard buttons. If you need some detail or very micro level of reporting of it, it's a complex requirement. Then Salesforce doesn't work. It's a standard easy reports could be created, but complex reporting is where Salesforce lags. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Lead Conversion Sets Sales Cloud Apart"
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

I am working with Sales Cloud from around 2+ years now. Sales Cloud Makes Sales Cycle very smooth. From Lead Creation to Lead Conversion, Opportunity Contact Account Creation, It's very Easy and User-friendly Process.

though whole the Product is like wow...but the Lead Conversion Process that Salesforce Provides is the main differentiator between other CRM products and Salesforce. I have worked on some other CRM's also but the Lead Conversion process in Salesforce is very smooth.

Second Best Functionality is EAC (Einstein Activity Capture). EAC provide seamless syncing of Events and Email between Salesforce Org and Outlook/Gmail. we don't need to make note of emails and events separately; Salesforce automatically sync it for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

Whole the Sales Process is very smooth apart from one thing, which if Lead Auto response Rule.

Recently I was working on Lead Auto response Rule, where we were creating Lead through Standard Object API. but Auto response Rule wasn't getting Triggered. afterwards i figured out that Salesforce Doesn't Trigger Auto response Rules when Lead is created through REST API. then i gone through documentation given by salesforce, but that resolution was only applicable for SOAP API. and at the end i have to manually send that Email to User.

Not sure if there is any reason why salesforce is not providing this functionality. but this should work for Lead which is getting created through API. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Keeps Everything Organized and Streamlines the Sales Process"
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

What I like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud is how it keeps everything in one place. I don’t have to dig through different tools to figure out what’s going on with an account or opportunity.. It’s all right there. The dashboards and reports also make it easy to get a quick snapshot of my pipeline, which really helps with planning and staying on top of my work. Overall, it just keeps me organized and makes the sales process feel a lot smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

The thing I dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud is that it can feel a bit overwhelming and clunky at times. There are so many features and sections that even simple tasks can take more clicks than they should. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Market Leader in the CRM space"
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

A lot of useful features like

Easy for a beginner to navigate through the app

Experts can customize the app using many tools like Flows, Apex and LWC

All standard CRM features out of the box

Available to extend the app using Appexchange apps

The product is high-quality and easy to customize.

Addition of Agentforce can help Sales cloud users to get an AI assistant to help frame emails or to help

Sufficient availability of Salesforce administration and developers, as the product has been in the market for a long time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

The product can be a bit pricey for small organizations

The product does require management buy-in. Like any other CRM if the Sales team does not spend time in entering information about leads, activities then getting an ROI can be challenge Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unmatched Visibility, Automation, and Scalability"
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

What I like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud is how reliably it pulls every part of the sales process into one smooth, easy-to-run system. It’s fast, stable, and incredibly well-designed. The platform just makes sense: managing deals, tracking activities, forecasting, and automating workflows all work together seamlessly.

The customisation is a huge advantage — you can tailor almost anything without breaking the system. Forecasting and reporting are especially strong; they’re clear, accurate, and far ahead of most alternatives. I also love how little time reps spend on admin thanks to automation and built-in sales engagement tools.

Most importantly, Sales Cloud scales with you. Whether you have a small team or a complex multi-region setup, it stays reliable and flexible. It’s the one CRM that consistently feels like a long-term, future-proof choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

Honestly, there’s very little to genuinely dislike about Sales Cloud once you understand how powerful the platform is. If anything, the only challenge is that its flexibility can feel overwhelming at first — there’s a lot you can do. But this is also what makes it so strong in the long run. With a bit of setup and guidance, the system becomes incredibly intuitive and stable.

In day-to-day use, the experience is smooth, reliable, and dependable. Any initial complexity pays off immediately once you start tailoring the platform to your business.

In short: there’s nothing I would consider a real drawback — just a learning curve that comes with having a platform this capable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Salesforce Sales Cloud Transformed the Way I Sell"
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

As a highly certified Salesforce professional with years of hands-on experience using Salesforce Sales Cloud, I can confidently say it’s the most reliable sales platform and CRM I’ve used. From capturing leads to closing deals, it seamlessly supports the entire sales cycle and gives a clear 360° view of every customer. Getting started with Salesforce Sales Cloud was straightforward. The Trailhead learning platform and help documentation made onboarding easy, so I could quickly begin managing opportunities and leads without needing to contact support often. When I did need help, Salesforce support was responsive and resolved issues efficiently, making the experience smooth.

Using Einstein Lead Scoring helped me focus on the highest-priority leads, while Next Best Actions guided my daily decisions to move deals forward efficiently. Automation took care of repetitive tasks, so I could focus on managing opportunities, building client relationships and closing deals. Salesforce Sales Cloud became an essential part of my daily workflow, I rely on it constantly to track progress, manage opportunities and plan next steps. Integrating Slack transformed collaboration. Deal updates, record edits and real-time notifications for pipeline changes came directly into Slack, keeping the team aligned and accelerating decision-making. Integrations with other Salesforce Clouds and third-party tools made key information instantly accessible. Using Salesforce Sales Cloud every day, I experienced faster deal cycles, higher productivity and complete visibility over my pipeline. It’s not just a feature-rich platform — it transformed the way I work, allowing me to focus on what matters most: closing deals and building stronger customer relationships. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

I don’t have any major issues with Salesforce Sales Cloud. The platform is constantly evolving and I’m genuinely excited to explore new features as they roll out, which keeps my work fresh and helps me get even more value from the system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient CRM with Room for Clarity Improvements"
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

I value Salesforce Sales Cloud as my primary CRM tool for effectively managing and tracking my book of business. It stands out for its opportunity creation feature, which is crucial for my financial success, as it's the backbone of how I generate income. Additionally, I appreciate its capabilities in account designation and ownership, as well as activity tracking, which help me maintain a structured and organized approach to managing my accounts. These features combined provide a comprehensive platform for my business operations, allowing me to hold and designate accounts under my name seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

I find it unclear when there are errors in making an opportunity in Salesforce Sales Cloud. Specifically, it can be difficult to determine which parts of the account require updates to successfully create an opportunity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unmatched Customization and Seamless Integration for Sales Teams"
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

Salesforce Sales Cloud is a powerhouse when it comes to visibility and process structure. The best thing is how customizable and scalable it is, you can literally tailor every field, workflow, and report to match your sales process. The pipeline visibility and automation make it easier for teams to stay aligned and data-driven. Integration with tools like Outlook, Slack, and marketing platforms is seamless. Once it’s set up right, it truly becomes the single source of truth for sales operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

The biggest downside is the complexity and cost. It’s not plug-and-play, setup, customization, and maintenance require time, technical skill, and sometimes external consultants. The user interface, while improved over the years, can still feel clunky and slow, especially for new users. Smaller teams often feel overwhelmed with the number of features they don’t need. Licensing and add-ons also drive up the overall cost pretty quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
