"Makes Team Communication Simple and Fast"
What do you like best about Slack?

Slack makes team communication fast, organized, and easy to follow. Channels help keep conversations focused by topic or project, reducing email clutter and making information easy to find later. I especially like the integrations with tools like Notion, Google Drive, and calendars, which keep updates and work context in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slack?

It becomes distracting if notifications aren’t carefully managed, especially in larger teams with many active channels. Important messages can sometimes get lost in busy conversations. The free plan has limitations on message history and features, and over time the number of channels can feel cluttered without strong usage guidelines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Team Communication and Seamless Collaboration"
What do you like best about Slack?

I like slack because it make communication with my team very easy and efficient. i can create public or private channels and different teams based on our needs. i also use slack huddles a lot, especially when i'm working from home, as it helps me communicate quickly and stay connected with my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slack?

there isn't much that i dislike about slack. However, sometimes when i start a huddle, the app becomes a bit laggy. Occasionally, notifications are also delayed and i receive them late. Other than these minor issues, everything work well for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable and Efficient Communication Hub for Modern Teams"
What do you like best about Slack?

Slack serves as a comprehensive communication and collaboration platform, uniting conversations, files, and various integrations in one well-organized workspace. Its user-friendly design makes it easy for teams to interact in real time, whether through channels, direct messages, or by connecting with other productivity tools. My team depends on Slack consistently for our daily communication needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slack?

Slack can feel overwhelming when there are a large number of channels and notifications, particularly within big teams. The limitations on message history in the free version can also be quite restrictive. Moreover, if notifications aren't managed carefully, their frequency can sometimes interrupt focused work. "Organized Team Communication and Seamless Integrations"
What do you like best about Slack?

Channels help keep conversations organized. Rather than dealing with scattered email threads, teams can group their discussions by project, topic, or team, which cuts down on clutter and makes it much easier to locate information later on. Additionally, Slack offers integrations with a wide range of tools, such as Google Drive, GitHub, Jira, Notion, and many more, allowing updates and workflows to take place all in one central location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slack?

Channels can quickly become disorganized if they are not properly managed or regularly cleaned up. Without good organization, they tend to fill up with redundant messages and off-topic discussions, making it harder to find relevant information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"More organized communication and better coordinated teams."
What do you like best about Slack?

Slack makes communication much clearer and faster. Project channels help keep each conversation in its place, and integrations with Drive, Calendar, and our CRM greatly reduce the time lost switching tools. It allows me to have files, messages, and team decisions in one place, without chaos and without relying on email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slack?

Sometimes notifications can feel overwhelming if you work with many channels, and setting them up precisely takes a bit of time. I've also noticed that the search could be more refined when you try to retrieve old messages. Nothing critical, but areas that could improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Powerful Collaboration Tool with Room for Better Organization"
What do you like best about Slack?

What I like best about Slack is how seamlessly it keeps team communication organized and transparent. The ability to create dedicated channels for different projects or departments makes collaboration much smoother, and integrations with tools like Google Drive, Zoom, and Jira save a lot of time switching between platforms. I also appreciate the quick search feature and the ability to easily tag teammates or share updates in real time — it really helps maintain workflow efficiency, especially in a fast-paced work environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slack?

While Slack is great for collaboration, at times it can feel a bit overwhelming when multiple channels are active simultaneously. Important messages can get buried under long threads, and constant notifications can be distracting during focused work. It also takes some effort to manage channel organization effectively, especially for larger teams. A better way to prioritize or highlight key updates would make the experience even smoother. "Excellent Reminder Feature and Intuitive Chat Interface. A must have for every org!"
What do you like best about Slack?

The most helpful feature would be its ability to streamline organisational communication. Its intuitive interface really makes it easy for everyone to get the most out of it, and also the ease of integrating it with other day-to-day tools, such as Google Drive, Docs, etc., is invaluable!

Also, the conferencing facility is very nice. The reminder feature is extremely useful, and the chat interface, such as 'replying to an existing message', is neat and a lifesaver. The app and the website are both well-made! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slack?

The tabular layout is not the best one, and there's no option to change it. Plus, groups disappear from the left side tab of chats if not used often, which then forces us to re-create them.

And the only thing I absolutely dislike is that if you don't create an official channel but send a message to a group of people, it's not possible to search that group. I wish there were a workaround for this thing. It's pretty random, but still. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Slack Supercharges Productivity with Powerful Integrations"
What do you like best about Slack?

Slack is truly impressive—it's much more than a simple communication channel. It offers a wide range of features designed to boost productivity, such as planners, work lists, and the ability to integrate third-party apps like Google Calendar, Jira, Notion, Figma, and many others, allowing you to manage everything in one place. I've been using Slack for several years now, and it has completely changed the way I work. There's also a free version available with limited features, making it easy for anyone to start small and scale up as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slack?

The notifications are confusing, as they often get lost either on my phone or laptop. The huddles, which are supposed to make quick meetings easier, frequently suffer from connectivity problems and poor audio clarity, so one or both participants can't hear each other and we usually have to switch to gmeet to continue. Aside from these issues, everything else works well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Fast, and Perfect for Team Collaboration"
What do you like best about Slack?

I really appreciate Slack because it helps me and my team stay connected without the typical confusion that comes with email threads. The use of channels makes organizing conversations by project incredibly straightforward, and the search function is a lifesaver-I rely on it daily to quickly locate past messages, files, or updates from clients. I frequently use the mobile app as well, and it syncs seamlessly with the desktop version, ensuring I never miss any important information. The integrations with Google Drive and Notion also make it easy to centralize our entire workflow in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slack?

As a digital marketer using Slack daily, I honestly don’t have any complaints. It’s fast, organized, and handles communication perfectly, so nothing stands out as a downside. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
