"Seamless Collaboration and Communication with Microsoft Teams"
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

One of the standout features of Microsoft Teams is how smoothly it integrates communication and collaboration tools, significantly boosting team productivity. The platform brings together instant messaging, video calls, and file sharing in a single location, making it simple to stay connected and organized. Furthermore, the option to create channels dedicated to specific projects or topics helps streamline conversations and ensures that important information remains easily accessible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

One major drawback of Microsoft Teams is its complex interface, which may feel overwhelming to newcomers. While the platform offers a wide range of features, its layout can be difficult to navigate, especially when moving between different channels and tabs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nice evolution, still lots of room to improve"
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

The video chat atlhought with roam to improve is getting better and better. Also the application is continuosly evolving and adding new important features such as breakout rooms and reactions or the capability to have more than 9 people being shown on video at the same time. The support for reactions in chat windows is also going in the right direction. The possibility to easily setup video conferences with external people is also really great. Less memory hungry than Skype for Business Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

The chat capabilities are subpar. Threading is very poor and only works in channels and not in group chats. There is a noticeable delay in video conversations between what we say and what the other person hears, and this limits someone a normal conversation. It also gives the feeling of trying to be too many things at the same time and it gets a bit confusing due to that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Workspace That Simplifies Daily Collaboration"
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

Microsoft Teams has proven to be a dependable tool for me, thanks to its user-friendly interface and straightforward design, which make daily communication effortless. Implementing it was a seamless process, largely because it integrates so well with Microsoft 365. I also value the responsive customer support that is available whenever I encounter any issues. I use Teams frequently, relying on it every day for meetings, chats, and sharing files. The range of features is impressive, encompassing everything from video calls to collaborative project work. Additionally, its smooth integration with Outlook, SharePoint, and other applications truly makes it an all-in-one workspace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

While Microsoft Teams offers a robust set of features, I have noticed a few drawbacks. The application can be demanding on system resources, which sometimes causes my computer to slow down when I have several apps running at once. Additionally, the notification system can either become overwhelming or behave inconsistently, particularly when I am active in multiple channels. Although the interface is feature-rich, it can be confusing for newcomers and requires some time to get used to. Finally, I have experienced occasional syncing delays with Outlook or SharePoint, which can interrupt my workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Why Microsoft Teams Is Essential for Productivity and Remote Support"
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

What I like best about Microsoft Teams is how it simplifies everything into one platform. I don’t have to switch between different tools for chat, meetings, and file sharing—it’s all in one place. The Take Control feature is a huge advantage for me because it makes remote troubleshooting quick and easy. I also really appreciate the way channels and team spaces keep conversations and files organized by project or department. It saves time, reduces confusion, and makes collaboration so much smoother. Overall, it’s the convenience and efficiency that stand out the most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

What I dislike about Microsoft Teams is that sometimes it can feel a bit heavy on system resources, especially during video calls—it slows down other applications. Notifications can also get overwhelming if you’re part of multiple channels, and it’s easy to miss important messages in the noise. Another thing is that file search isn’t always as quick or intuitive as I’d like; finding older documents can take time. Overall, these are minor issues compared to the benefits, but they’re areas where Teams could improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Meetings and Strong Privacy Features"
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

Microsoft Teams is an excellent platform for holding meetings with colleagues, as it minimizes the risk of connection issues. It also offers a high level of privacy and confidentiality, ensuring that sensitive information remains private. I also love the fact that tasks or exercises can be carried out without leaving the platform, and that archiving and file sharing are within reach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

I find it frustrating that meetings frequently begin with the microphone and camera automatically enabled; I would definitely prefer to have control over that setting. Additionally, I think the visibility and management of the different channels could be improved. It's not very clear how to leave channels that are no longer in use, or how to prioritize and pin the ones I use most often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Ultimate Digital Workspace for Seamless Team Collaboration"
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

What I appreciate most about Microsoft Teams is that it truly feels like the digital version of a well-organized office. All the essentials chat, meetings, files, and collaboration are conveniently brought together in one place. I no longer have to switch between different apps or worry about losing track of conversations. It’s as if I have a virtual workspace where ideas can flow freely, documents are always accessible, and teamwork unfolds in real time. Additionally, the smooth integration with Microsoft 365 makes it feel less like just another tool and more like a cohesive ecosystem that simply works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

While Microsoft Teams excels as a collaboration tool, it sometimes feels a bit sluggish. The application can be slow to start, and moving between channels or chats isn’t always as quick as I’d hope. Notifications can become overwhelming, particularly when several threads become active at the same time. It’s reminiscent of working in a fantastic office filled with too many ringing phones. If the app were a bit faster and offered more intelligent notification controls, it would be just about perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At times, Microsoft Teams can be slow, especially when switching between channels or opening shared files. Notifications can also lag or fail to sync across devices, which causes missed updates. The app can feel heavy and use more data and system resources than expected, which affects performance on low-spec devices. A cleaner layout for managing chats versus teams would also help reduce clutter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Improved Team Efficiency with Seamless Communication"
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

What I appreciate most about Microsoft Teams is the way it effortlessly unifies communication and collaboration within a single platform. I no longer have to jump between separate apps for chatting, holding meetings, or sharing files—everything I need is already integrated. The real-time syncing of files shared in chats, combined with the convenience of having meeting recordings and notes all organised together, really helps me save time. Additionally, its integration with Office tools such as OneDrive and SharePoint greatly streamlines teamwork, particularly when several people are working on documents at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

One aspect I find frustrating about Microsoft Teams is that it often feels sluggish, particularly when moving between chats, channels, and calls. The application tends to consume a significant amount of system resources, which can lead to slow loading times or occasional delays during meetings. Additionally, the notification system can be somewhat confusing—messages sometimes get lost among the various channels, making it easy to overlook important updates. I think having a more streamlined way to prioritize key notifications would greatly improve the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
