"the best cloud file management system"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

I find it fascinating to be able to keep my files synchronized, as this way I avoid losing information in case of damage or loss. Having a backup of my data in a simple and accessible way is really useful. Although the initial space is a bit limited, I managed to expand it to 18 GB, which surpasses several other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

When sharing files via a link, sometimes it is required to log in with an account, whereas before it was not necessary to be a user to download the shared file. On the other hand, the available space when registering as a basic user is quite limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My Everyday Digital Companion"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

What I appreciate most about Dropbox is how seamlessly it integrates into my daily routine. It’s like having a quiet assistant who’s always a step ahead-saving my files, syncing everything across my devices, and making sure my work is right where I left it. I can begin a project on my laptop, pick it up on my phone, and finish it on another device without any hassle. Sharing files is just as easy; with a single link, I’m done. Dropbox transforms the chaos of digital life into something simple, organized, and stress-free, which is exactly why I continue to rely on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

There’s not much to complain about, but I do wish the free storage was a bit more generous. Occasionally, there are some sync delays, which can slow things down slightly. These aren’t major issues, just minor areas where there’s room for improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless File Management and Collaboration Across Devices"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

I love how reliable and easy Dropbox is for storing and organizing files across multiple projects. The ability to access everything from any device makes it incredibly helpful for busy workdays, especially when collaborating with teams. Shared folders, automatic syncing, and clean organization tools make file management simple and efficient. It saves a ton of time and helps keep all of my client and content files in one secure, easy-to-navigate place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

At times, Dropbox can feel a bit slow when syncing very large files, and the storage limits can be restrictive unless you upgrade. Occasionally, shared links can get confusing for collaborators who aren’t familiar with the platform. It would also be helpful if the file preview function supported more formats or loaded faster. Overall, these are minor issues compared to the convenience it provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Consistent and Convenient Cloud Collaboration with Dropbox"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

Dropbox is extremely easy to use and reliable for storing and organizing files. I really like how much storage is available and how seamless it is to share photos or documents with others. The syncing works smoothly across devices, and the file-sharing features make collaboration simple without any technical hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Organization and Seamless File Sharing"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

What I like best about Dropbox is how easy it is to keep everything organized and accessible.

I’m a very folder-oriented person, so having the ability to structure my files clearly, sync them across all my devices, and quickly find what I need is a game changer. I also love that I can share specific folders or files with others without worrying about version control — everything updates automatically. It just makes staying organized feel effortless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

What I dislike about Dropbox is that sometimes the syncing can be a bit slow or inconsistent, especially when working with larger files.

I also find that the storage limits on the basic plans fill up quickly, which can be frustrating when you like keeping your folders tidy and complete. Aside from that, it works well — but those small things can interrupt the workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
