Humaans genuinely feels like a partner that’s growing with us - not just a platform. The Customer Success team is world-class (huge shout-outs to Lucy and Jade!), and they don’t just listen; they act. We’ve seen our feedback turn into roadmap items and then live features at impressive speed, and the communication throughout is brilliant. Humaans is still relatively new, so a few capabilities aren’t there yet, which can be very exciting, but also creates friction and occasional workarounds in our day-to-day.
