What do you like best about Humaans?

Humaans genuinely feels like a partner that’s growing with us - not just a platform. The Customer Success team is world-class (huge shout-outs to Lucy and Jade!), and they don’t just listen; they act. We’ve seen our feedback turn into roadmap items and then live features at impressive speed, and the communication throughout is brilliant. The webinars are fantastic for upskilling the team and squeezing every bit of value from new capabilities. What do you dislike about Humaans?

Humaans is still relatively new, so a few capabilities aren’t there yet, which can be very exciting, but also creates friction and occasional workarounds in our day-to-day. What do you like best about Humaans?

Humaans is an extremely intuitive HR system. The setup process was straightforward and fast; we were able to configure a few integrations, and now we finally have a single source of truth for all our employee data. Managing this information has become much simpler for both HR and managers, and we now enjoy significantly improved visibility. Most importantly, the ongoing support from Humaans has been excellent. We never feel like just another client—instead, we have a close relationship with their team and can actually influence the development of features to ensure the system truly meets our needs as users. What do you dislike about Humaans?

What do you like best about Humaans?

Before choosing Humaans, I evaluated five other platforms, but none came close to matching how intuitive, modern, and user-friendly this system is. Implementation was incredibly straightforward, we simply uploaded our data via a spreadsheet, and their engineers handled the heavy lifting. What do you like best about Humaans?

We started using Humaans in December 2023 at the beginning of our new leave year. It was a busy time for our staff to be getting used to a new system but it is so easy to use and very efficient. The feedback has been great. Everything in one place, our records, holidays, absence and all of our policies and documents.

Many elements can be customised and permissions altered to allow for privacy were needed. Love the regular upgrades too. We have had various account managers who have all been great. Lucy Brinklow is our current partner and she is wonderful, was lovely to meet in person recently too. She is really able to tune in with what we need. What do you dislike about Humaans?

Not much to dislike, some small tweaks but upgrades have come to sort it - eg approvals for holiday bookings. New upgrades expected too for other things.

What do you like best about Humaans?

Humaans integration was extremely fast and easy — we were fully up and running in only two weeks, thanks to our incredible implementation manager. The tool is so intuitive that we haven’t even needed to create internal documentation for how to use it — it’s that straightforward.

As a global team, we finally have a platform that truly brings everyone together. Adjusting data takes seconds, and creating workflows or requests takes just minutes. Communication over Slack with the humaans team is great — quick, clear, and always followed by fast resolutions.

The Humaans team listens to our feedback and actively tries to incorporate it into their product roadmap. Our bi-weekly exchanges with our CSM are a highlight; she really listens and makes an effort to understand all of our pain points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humaans?

The performance management tool isn’t quite where it needs to be yet, although I believe the team is actively working on it. Some new features take longer to roll out than others, which is normal for a fresh product, but still something to keep in mind.

What do you like best about Humaans?

Humaans has been a great tool for us. We received excellent support during the initial setup, and ongoing assistance from Lucy, who handles our daily requests and also passes our suggestions on to the tech development team. The platform is user-friendly for both HR and myself in payroll, and our staff find it easy to use and navigate. What do you like best about Humaans?

Humaans is a really great and customisable platform, making it easy to tailor to our needs. The automated workflows have been a real time saver, streamlining processes that would otherwise take up a lot of manual effort.

A special mention to Ayrton Haider, who has been incredibly helpful throughout the implementation process. He has answered all my questions promptly (and there were a lot!), provided creative solutions, and shown real patience along the way. His support made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

The only downside is that not everything we’d like to use is available just yet – there are some upcoming developments to the system that will be really helpful once released. I chose to bring Humaans as the first HRIS in my organisation, due to the platform being highly customisable and able to keep up with our needs, and having the best integrations on the market with some of our other platforms such as Slack, Ashby, Ravio, Google Calendar. I wish it would come with ideas of already built in worflows that I can just adapt to my organisation, saving time. I wish it had better social features for employees to interact, cooler bios features, and the possibility to customise the home page.
