I appreciate the incentives that encourage me to achieve my goals. In my experience, Awardco does an excellent job of rewarding users with meaningful prizes. I also value the way it promotes activities and habits that support both physical and mental well-being. I also like the reminders to keep me using the program. I do not love how the point system is distributed in a very random manner compared to its dollar equivalent. Instead of something like 100 pts = $100, it is something random like 450 pts = $200. This made it confusing for me at first with the milestones. I do not love the complicate nature of finding activities. There seems to be no organization sometimes. What I like most about Awardco is how easy and motivating it makes recognition feel. The platform is super user-friendly, and I love that everything from earning points to redeeming rewards is simple and quick. There isn’t much I dislike, but one thing that could improve is expanding the variety of reward options or customizing them more for different interests. Sometimes the selection feels a little limited. Also, occasional reminders or updates about new rewards or points would be helpful so users don’t forget to use them. I always look forward to using AwardCo and enjoy reading the encouraging messages that are sent to employees throughout my company. It's wonderful to have a platform that allows us to recognize everyone's contributions, especially in such a fast-paced environment. Many of my co-workers do things that truly deserve to be celebrated—small acts of kindness can have a big impact on my motivation and engagement at work.

I also appreciate that I can continue accumulating my points without worrying about them expiring. Whether I'm saving up for something on my wish list, planning to redeem points for an Amazon purchase, or putting them toward my next iPhone, the flexibility is great. I really like the different options available when entering a recognition through Awardco. The Option to recognize multiple people in one posting, the option recognize individuals/multiple individuals privately, the option to add company specific tags, the option to add pictures/animations, and especially the option to allow fellow co-workers/leadership to react to the posting. The only thing I personally dislike about Awardco is that you cannot filter what campus's posts you see on your feed. when looking through the feed posts from Chicago and the other sites show which makes it hard to look through the many postings to find your fellow co-workers recognition. In my personal opinion Awardco provides product that is very easy to navigate and use by end-users and admins. It allows many levels of personalization, providing many exciting integrations with other tools and HR platforms. The It helps to elevate the recognition processes to the new lvl, with the use of technology that brings employees around globe closer. The quality of support provided by customer support teams if great, starting from explaining the benefits of introducing new solutions, supporting solving all types of errors, supporting integrations and implementations. In general, the solution provided by Awardco brings mostly benefits. As the admin I would like to see the reporting more self-explanatory and user friendly when it comes to navigation. Even though there is an endless list of available options to use with Awardco, it was a simple choice for me - Amazon. I already had a "wish" list in Amazon of things I wanted, my Awardco rewards allowed me to purchase the list sooner than expected. I truly like how easy it is to navigate Awardco and how the whole process works - I have had no issues at all and hope to be able to use it again in the future. Thank you! After receiving a performance recognition award at work, i accessed the Awardco catalog to redeem my award points and was very impressed with the variety of prizes to purchase. Options including Amazon and Best Buy made it exciting to browse all the items available for my point balance. I was able to get a headset that i use every day as well as a nice gift for my wife.
