"Fast, easy to use, and the top choice for small-scale advertising campaigns"
What do you like best about Facebook for Business?

At present, Facebook, which is owned by META in Taiwan, continues to be the top platform for building fan loyalty and driving sales conversions.Facebook is currently a relatively familiar and easy-to-use social media platform for me. I can basically quickly create marketing content and interact with my audience.

I use Facebook almost every week to post and interact with fans, which is a huge advantage in Taiwan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?

Facebook's moderation policies can be quite confusing. Since the platform depends on AI to determine if a post violates its rules, it's not unusual for fan pages to be mistakenly shut down due to errors made by the AI. These pages are typically restored after a manual review, but this process tends to occur two or three times a year, which creates significant inconvenience.

Furthermore, before we became a subscription-based business, if our fan page was mistakenly shut down by AI, it would be extremely difficult to contact customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Ad Platform"
What do you like best about Facebook for Business?

I appreciate how powerful the ad platform is for reaching highly specific audiences. The ability to segment by interests, behaviors, and custom audiences makes it possible to run efficient campaigns even with small budgets. I also find the analytics and performance insights helpful for understanding what’s working and optimizing quickly. Overall, it’s a robust tool when you want to scale visibility and sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?

The platform can feel unstable at times, with sudden performance drops or changes in delivery that are hard to predict. Support is often limited, and some features are confusing or not well explained for everyday users. Additionally, results can fluctuate significantly depending on the economic context or algorithm updates, which makes planning long-term campaigns more challenging. "Great for Niche Ad Targeting, but New Features and Support Need Improvement"
What do you like best about Facebook for Business?

It helps me dial down on my targeting for ads, I work with very niche locations and this is very useful for those type of clients. It also allows me to create and interact with different communities. I use it everyday in my job and although there are some tricky parts and bugs it is generally a good platform to manage paid and organic marketing as it integrates easily with most of the most famous CRMS Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?

There's always new features being launched and many times the platform "forces" you to use them as it toggles on automatically some thing that can mess up delivery if we're not careful. Support can definetly be better, it takes a lot of knowledge on the platform to be able to reach a human Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Facebook for Business"
What do you like best about Facebook for Business?

I like how easy it is to use Facebook for Business. It's just like using Facebook for regular but with a bit more tools that allows you to see insights and audience on social posts. You can also boost posts and spend money of any budget on ads that pop up on various audiences or you can create the audience. Facebook for business also allows you to tie in multiple business under one business account which is good if you are a two store business with multiple locations. It's easy that you can add and remove admins with ease without losing your entire Facebook Business account. I use it every single day as a Social Media and Marketing Manager in the E-Commerce Department. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?

The only thing I dislike is the fact that you can only meta verify two business accounts no matter if you have two stores with two instagrams and two facebooks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Audience Targeting with Powerful Ad Tools"
What do you like best about Facebook for Business?

What I like best about Facebook for Business is how easy it is to reach a wide and targeted audience. The platform’s advertising tools allow me to customize who sees my posts based on interests, location, and behavior, which helps me attract real customers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?

What I dislike about Facebook for Business is that organic reach has become very limited. Without paid ads, it’s difficult for posts to reach a large audience, even when you have many followers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for Expanding Reach, But Needs a Simpler Interface"
What do you like best about Facebook for Business?

I use Facebook Meta ads to increase the visibility of my Instagram account and attract new clients by reaching a wider audience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?

I find that it’s not as user-friendly as I would like for the average person using it day to day. The ads can be confusing, and there are just too many strategies to choose from. I really wish it were simpler for an everyday user to create the right ad and reach the right audience without having to guess. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?

I found the initial setup of Facebook for Business to be really difficult, especially when trying to update or set up a profile. The process was complicated, and I made several errors, which often required me to refer to YouTube for help. These errors were challenging to correct, indicating that the setup process is not very intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Facebook for Business: still (kinda) worth it, but not without a budget"
What do you like best about Facebook for Business?

Facebook still has a massive global audience, strong ad targeting features, and remains one of the best event promotion platforms available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?

Organic reach is down and continues to fall thanks to the algorithm deprioritizing business content, it can be an exercise in frustration due to all the tools and settings hidden in various nested menus, and the platform is less trustworthy in the eyes of the audience due to Meta's poor approach to data privacy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
