"Indispensable Data Despite a Frustrating Experience"
What do you like best about Google Analytics?

What I like best is its seamless integration with the entire Google ecosystem. Connecting it to Google Ads and Google Search Console unlocks another level of insight, allowing us to see how our ad spend and SEO efforts translate into actual user behavior. It is the definitive source of truth for all of our website traffic data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Analytics?

Let's be honest, the user experience is a real challenge. The interface feels like it was designed for data scientists, not for the marketers and business owners who rely on it daily. Finding specific data points often feels like a treasure hunt. While the tool is powerful, you have to fight the interface to unlock that power, which is a significant and unnecessary drain on time and energy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Insights and Real-Time Tracking Made Easy"
What do you like best about Google Analytics?

Google Analytics gives me a complete picture of how users find and interact with our website. I can easily track traffic sources, top-performing pages, and conversion paths—all in real time. The detailed metrics and custom reports help me make smarter decisions and measure the actual impact of marketing campaigns with confidence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Analytics?

Google Analytics can feel complicated and takes time to learn, especially with GA4’s new setup and interface changes. Some important reports require custom configuration, and it’s easy to get lost in too many metrics. Data sampling and delays can also make it harder to get precise real-time insights. Overall, it’s powerful—but not always beginner-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Customize and improve your customer base's experience with Google Analytics digital resources."
What do you like best about Google Analytics?

Google Analytics is a reliable and professional system that offers the best digital features for analyzing your customers' preferences and business requirements, improving and personalizing their entire user experience.

I can also say that Google Analytics offers advanced and interactive integration with the best applications and work systems, facilitating the collection and analysis of all your organization's digital data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Analytics?

I have nothing bad to say about the performance of Google Analytics' digital features and resources, I can recommend using this system because of the quality of all its virtual resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A reliable tool for understanding website performance and user behavior"
What do you like best about Google Analytics?

I really like how Google Analytics helps me see what’s happening on a website in real time. It gives a clear picture of where the traffic is coming from, how users interact with pages, and what content performs best. The way it connects with Google Ads and Search Console makes tracking campaigns and understanding ROI much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Analytics?

The main issue is the learning curve, especially with GA4. It feels a bit complicated at first, and some reports that were easy to find before now take more time. It would be great if the interface was a little more beginner-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Future of Analytics is Here - But Be Prepared For The Learning Curve"
What do you like best about Google Analytics?

The best part of the new Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is its unified, event-based data model. Shifting away from the old session/pageview model allows us to genuinely track the complete cross-platform journey - from a mobile app interaction to a desktop purchase - all within one property. This provides a holistic, user-centric view that was simply impossible before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Analytics?

The data retention limits (max 14 months for details data) and the initial lack of historical data continuity during the transaction from UA created significant reporting gaps and made year-over-year comparison difficult for the first year of migration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Insights and Seamless Integration with Google Analytics"
What do you like best about Google Analytics?

What I like best about Google Analytics is how it combines ease of use with powerful insights, making it simple to implement and start tracking performance quickly. Its dashboards and reports are intuitive enough to check multiple times a day—7 to 8 times or more—without feeling overwhelming. Customer support and extensive documentation help smooth the learning curve, while the wide range of features, from real-time tracking to advanced segmentation, provide depth for both beginners and experts. Seamless integration with tools like Google Ads, BigQuery, and other platforms ensures data flows naturally, empowering smarter decisions and boosting productivity Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Analytics?

One of the main dislikes about Google Analytics is its steep learning curve—while powerful, the interface and reporting options can feel overwhelming for beginners. Frequent updates, such as the transition from Universal Analytics to GA4, often require relearning workflows, which frustrates long-time users. Advanced features like unsampled reports and deeper integrations are locked behind the costly Google Analytics 360, limiting accessibility for smaller businesses. Additionally, customer support can sometimes feel slow or insufficient, leaving users reliant on documentation and community forums to troubleshoot issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Insightful Dashboard for Understanding User Behavior"
What do you like best about Google Analytics?

What I like most about Google Analytics is how clearly it shows what users are doing on my website. Its dashboard has helped me to understand about the users like from where they are coming & with which pages they are engaging. It gave me clear picture of user behaviour.

Most helpful part in Google analytics is the ability to track traffic sources and see which channels like organic search, social media, ads or direct visits are performing best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Analytics?

one thing I dislike about Google Analytics is its new GA4 that needs pretty steep learning curve. The interface feels less intuitive than its older versions and it takes time to understand where everything is or how the reports are structured. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Insights Galore, But Learning Curve Exists"
What do you like best about Google Analytics?

I use Google Analytics to track website traffic, understand user behavior, and measure the performance of our different marketing channels. It helps us identify user drop-off points and monitor conversions so we can optimize our website for better performance. I appreciate the deep insights into user behavior, and the real-time reporting, customizable dashboards, and event tracking make it simple to understand what's working on the website and what's not. I also like how easily we can set up and then integrate Google Analytics with other tools in the Google ecosystem. Connecting Google Analytics with Google Ads, Search Console, and Tag Manager makes tracking and optimization much more accurate and efficient. It was very easy to set up, and tutorials and Google documentation are also easily available. Setting up Google Analytics is the easiest compared to any other similar software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Analytics?

The biggest challenge is the learning curve, especially with the shift to the new version i.e. GA4. Some commonly used metrics are harder to find, and the interface sometimes feels less intuitive than the previous version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential Tool for Tracking Website Traffic and Visitor Insights"
What do you like best about Google Analytics?

Google Analytics is a great tool for monitoring website traffic, identifying referral sources, and tracking the locations from which visitors are coming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Analytics?

I am using Google Analytics on both web browsers and the mobile app. No major issues found. However, I often have confusion about managing properties. I have to refer to online tutorials each time to access various options. For instance, property deletion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A perfect tool to manage user impressions, traffic & built predictive analytics for e-comm industry"
What do you like best about Google Analytics?

Easy to setup tool with customization available for type of impressions you want to track. Easy access to reports. Integrations available to export analytics and the dashboards are also easy to comprehend - both for techies and business managers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Analytics?

For free tier users or beginners - the data refresh and data availability is pretty slow. Explorations can be a bit buggy ( unless you have prior experience with the tool it can be hard to spot) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
