"Super Easy Calling Experience"
What do you like best about Nooks?

Nooks is amazing because it transforms cold calling into an event that is much more fun. I have built confidence up knowing my colleagues could be listening and rooting me on in the sales-floor.

On another note, calling more than 50 people per day is way easier with the auto dial and parallel dialer functions. It allows me to have more prospects in flow and make sure I am calling the right people every day.

I also like the Ai agents you can customize which were helpful first starting out in my new role. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

Some errors on post-call dispositions and some people staying in flow after putting not interested. Some difficulty seeing crucial account or prospect notes when calling people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Outbound Platform That Helps Teams Make Smarter Calls"
What do you like best about Nooks?

What I like most about Nooks is how it brings everything an outbound team needs into one cohesive, easy-to-use platform. By combining auto-dialing, outbound call tracking, and lead intelligence, it removes a lot of the day-to-day friction for reps and helps them stay focused on what matters most: having better conversations.

The virtual workspaces are a standout. They capture the energy of an in-office sales floor for remote and hybrid teams, so collaboration, live coaching, and peer learning feel natural and fluid rather than forced.

Overall, Nooks doesn’t just help teams make more calls—it helps them make smarter calls, stay aligned, and perform better together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

While Nooks is a powerful platform, there are a few areas where it could be improved. The feature set is robust, which can feel a bit overwhelming for new users at first, and onboarding may take some time before teams feel fully comfortable using everything efficiently.

Additionally, because Nooks is so focused on outbound calling, teams with more complex or non-standard workflows may need some customization or adjustments to better align the platform with their existing processes.

That said, these are relatively minor tradeoffs. Once teams are up and running, the value Nooks delivers far outweighs the initial learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive and Customizable Autodialer with Stellar Integration"
What do you like best about Nooks?

I like Nooks because it's a very easy to use and customizable autodialer, which also allows me to have important info about the person I'm calling right in front of me. Its ease of use and interface are great, and it's very customizable while integrating well with Outreach. I appreciate that there's lots of relevant information all in one screen. I also find it very intuitive with pickup likelihood and sorting/prioritizing numbers. Overall, it's much better than what we had before, and as far as I know, the initial setup was pretty easy. What do you dislike about Nooks?

I think it could better integrate with SFDC for sure, and the field mapping doesn't seem strong - that could be an issue on our side rather than Nooks though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionized Cold Calling with Seamless CRM Integration"
What do you like best about Nooks?

I love how smooth the HubSpot integration is. If I update a phone number field, it takes less than 2 seconds to automatically update Nooks. The power dialer is fantastic and allows me to clearly see who I am calling, any notes I've left about prospects, and who is up next. The smart presence feature is incredible, helping my connect rate increase. Having a seamless integration between Nooks and HubSpot allows for an uninterrupted workflow as I call on prospects and update profiles. The power dialer is smooth; I can choose which numbers I like and want to use or use the smart presence, which makes the phone number look familiar to a prospect. The AI trainings are incredible, and the overall user experience and display are better than the competition. Cold calling overall is great in Nooks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cold Calling Made Effortless and Effective"
What do you like best about Nooks?

I use Nooks for cold calling at work, and it really helps me book meetings with ICP prospects. I like how it saves me time dialing through large contact lists. I love the battlecards, prospect message history, and recording functionality. The prospect history provides a TLDR of the context and helps me time when to reach out. Battlecards are a great resource when I'm flustered on the phone, and while I don't use them much now, they're fantastic for training purposes. The recording feature is excellent as it provides good context to feed AI for follow-up messaging. The setup was easy as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

I think Nooks could be improved by being more all-encompassing, enabling me to write emails directly from the platform after calls. It would be helpful if Nooks could recommend emails based on the call recordings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unmatched Efficiency and User Experience with Nooks"
What do you like best about Nooks?

I use Nooks as an SDR team lead at Deel to make almost all of my calls daily and connect with coworkers. It helps me manage my time effectively when power dialing and records my calls for later review. I like how it builds camaraderie in a remote setting. The power dialing feature, alongside tags from Outreach, helps prioritize high-quality leads in specific call blocks. Utilizing different phone numbers aids in reaching prospects who might ignore my calls, and enriching contact data from multiple sources ensures I get correct contact info when a single source fails. Setting up Nooks was simple, and Kate's best practices session proved very valuable. After using various tools, I find Nooks to be the best among them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Call Management with Seamless Integration"
What do you like best about Nooks?

I really like how Nooks lets you change your number, including the area code, which seems to affect whether a prospect will pick up the phone for a conversation. This feature is very useful. Additionally, the ability to filter for different call tasks and access reporting is great for seeing where we are in terms of our goals and where we need to be. Finally the ability to collaborate with team members and listen to their calls to see where i can help or improve my calls is very helpful. Nothing beats learning from an actual call in the virtual workspaces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

I would say one thing is just the spam number when trying to create a new number, but outside of that, that may not be something fixable either. The Auto-Dialer is a bit confusing on my end but I hvae not used it very much, not sure if there is something really to improve, rather than me just learning how to do that. "Supercharges Efficiency with Easy Setup"
What do you like best about Nooks?

I really like how Nooks makes me more efficient throughout my day. It helps me expand my outreach and activity, allowing me to touch more accounts than I could without it. It also makes calling much quicker, reducing the time from maybe twenty minutes to just three to five minutes. The note-taking feature is great too; it automatically logs notes during connected calls, so I don't have to do it manually. The initial setup was extremely easy, and our sales rep, Josh, made the process very smooth and quick, taking only about fifteen minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

There is a slight pause when using the parallel dialer, but that's hard to avoid. All dialers have this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Game-Changer for Efficient Prospecting"
What do you like best about Nooks?

Nooks has completely transformed how I approach outbound calls. The power dialer saves me hours each week by eliminating downtime between dials, letting me focus on meaningful conversations instead of waiting for connections. I love how intuitive and easy it is to use, and the ability to track performance in real time keeps me motivated and on target. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

There’s not much to dislike, but I’ve noticed occasional glitches with call connections or slight lags when switching between features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Time-Saving AI Prospector with Minor Hiccups"
What do you like best about Nooks?

I really like how Nooks provides significant time savings in prospecting. The accessibility of the platform is also something I appreciate, as it allows me to find new prospects effortlessly. The AI prospector tool is a standout feature for me because it quickly identifies numerous new contacts, making the process much faster than if I were to do it manually. This tool is truly my favorite aspect of Nooks. The initial setup of Nooks was very easy, with the guidance of a team member, ensuring a smooth transition. This simplicity in setup adds to the overall convenience of using Nooks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

I think Nooks could improve its integration capabilities as they sometimes experience minor issues. Specifically, there are occasional hiccups when moving contacts through cadences. While these issues are minimal, they can still disrupt the workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
