What do you like best about ConsumerAffairs.com?

They solicit reviews from your customers. It's always great to get more reviews from customers in more places. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ConsumerAffairs.com?

.They are expensive. $2,000 a month for their reputation service. But the most egregious is they auto renew your contract on you without any communication on it. Be warned, if you are trying them out to see how they work, tell them up front in writing you do not want to auto renew. We're now stuck with them for another year and the results aren't sufficient to justify the cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of use - the ability to solicit and aggregate all of your brands reviews in one place is invaluable. The platform allows you to monitor all reviews, responses and more from your consumers with ease.

Analytics - the analytics dashboard provides an in-depth look into what is being discussed about your brand across platforms and provides the information and feedback needed to enhance your brand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ConsumerAffairs.com?

The biggest concern i have with this product is the same concern i have with all of the other products similar to Consumer Affairs; the time it takes to post reviews from the consumer. The reviews obtained by Consumer Affairs are authentic and it allows us to connect with the customer base that may be hesitate in providing feedback directly to the branded company.
