Contact with support is troublesome. Previously we had a dedicated contact point who took care of us whenever we encountered bugs/issues with the site. Currently this changed to a global contact help center - the response time is not satisfactory. There is also an aspect of bugs, for a couple of months now we successfully submitted plenty of bugs - way more than what we could have imagined comparing it to previous quarters. This unfortunately disrupts our internal processes like recruitment, hiring. We spend a lot of time trying to contact support and implement workarounds because we cannot waste time the when the bugs is resolved - candidates cannot wait, our onboarding progress cannot either.
