The platform/tool is great very extendable and powerfull. The thing I like the best thought is working with the TCC team. From training, implemenation, and support they are extremly responsive and there to make sure we are successfull. They are constantly seeking feedback and better yet actually putting that into play. Some things in the interface are haard to utlized especially if you are on one screen but they are actually changing that as well making a big leap into how you can step through and debug a workflow. The other item is billing and understanding usage. We have many customers so right sizing pricing is difficult since billing currenty is lumped into one vs being able to break it out by environement and even individual workflows.
