What do you like best about Wati?

What I value most about WATI is the speed with which I can manage chats and the automation it offers. I also highlight the ease of implementation and, above all, the agility to connect with users, which allows me to respond quickly and find conversations easily. I consider that, given the frequency with which we use the platform, the customer service we receive is adequate and does not neglect the users. What do you dislike about Wati?

What I don't like is that sometimes it can take a while to update the messages. However, I want to think that this is due to the browser or even the device from which the service is accessed. What do you like best about Wati?

What do you dislike about Wati?

The tool is in need of a significant redesign to incorporate more modern design elements.

Additionally, topping up the balance for broadcasting is not automated, which is inconvenient.

When uploading contacts for broadcasting, they are merged into the main contacts tab, requiring you to use filters to find specific entries.

Another limitation is the lack of support for multiple accounts; for instance, I am unable to have a single admin email address managing three separate accounts for three different companies.

I love that with Wati, multiple salespeople can use the same WhatsApp number to communicate with different prospects simultaneously. It's fantastic that it identifies who is responsible for each chat, with tags for each representative. The mobile apps are great too. What do you dislike about Wati?

I think it is not Wati's fault though but more on WhatsApp API end. It has a problem that if your customer does not text you for 24 hours, we will not be able to send them a message normally like we do on WhatsApp because WhatsApp API has a restriction, which is a huge bummer. We had to actually buy WhatsApp Business and have to manage multiple devices manually now because of that problem. Although a lot of people are using that template system with well-defined processes, it is too time-consuming for us. Also, Wati does become slow sometimes and takes too much time to load in certain cases, so that is what they might want to work on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
