Our Boeing 787s and NEOs have entertainment screens to watch hundreds of movies and TV shows. They’re refreshed often to make sure you always have something new to look forward to.
If you're on our E2 Jets, charge your device and check out the great options we have accessible through our SkyConnect portal. If you’re on our Airbus fleet, we recommend downloading the SkyConnect app beforehand to ensure you have all you need on your own device. It's free on the Google Play Store and the Apple Store to access the entertainment library filled with music, games, movies, and shows.
Our E2 and NEOs have an option to buy Wi-Fi on board. It's complimentary for Business Class and Platinum Hawk & Gold Sparrow Frequent Flyer members.
All aircraft have a Kids Zone with child-friendly movies, shows and games for all ages. These options are available on the Boeing 787, SkyConnect, and NEOs. Unaccompanied minors also receive special attention from cabin crew, so rest assured they will enjoy our options comfortably. Baby bassinets may also be available for a hands-free trip.
NEO’s New Special Features
Our NEOs offer more interactive and dynamic options as our newest additions to our fleet family. Their entertainment screens support a second screen pairing, allowing you to pair your own devices to control and navigate the system all without touching the screen. Our A320neo has screens available on all seats. Enjoy a show as you enjoy your meals.
Feel connected to the physical journey as well. Our NEO aircraft is equipped with panoramic cameras that capture both forward and downward perspectives. The 3D map feature gives you the ability to observe your surroundings from various viewpoints. Whether you choose the pilot's seat, a side-angle, or the flight path view, you can stream live aerial visuals. As you soar above the cities making your way to your destination, witness the popular landmarks below as you pass them by, the system gives a bit of explanation of what's below you.
