Welcome to qPharmetra's GitHub organization. We are a team of scientific experts dedicated to advancing drug development through pharmacometric analysis, clinical pharmacology consulting, and the development of custom software tools. Our mission is to support pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations in making informed decisions that lead to better medicines for patients.
Founded in 2010, qPharmetra has grown into a collaborative team of over 20 scientists located in the US and Europe. We specialize in:
- Pharmacometrics: Integrating data from preclinical studies, clinical trials, and literature to build models that describe the beneficial and adverse effects of drug therapy on patients.
- Clinical Pharmacology: Applying quantitative approaches and regulatory requirements to determine efficient strategies within drug development, aiming to deliver the right dose to the right patient.
- Custom Software Tools: Developing and supporting open-source tools that enable automated data handling, analysis, and reporting workflows.
