Born on August 1st, 2006 as daughter of Fuyuka and Gigelf Liqueur in Hawaii (USA). Being the child of the most powerful sorcerer of his time, Katsumi Liqueur has outstanding magical abilities as well (that Kiddy Phenyl envies her for) but learns about these abilities only late and has a hard time to cope with her new responsibility.
She joins the AMP during the first episodes of this story and gets real close to her police work instructor Robert DeVice. Her nationality changes from American (she came from Hawaii to Tokyo) to Japanese during the events of the movies.
Her powers can be linked back to some Lucifer Hawk blood in her veins, making her stand between the two warring parties of this story's main conflict, ultimately leading to a fateful decision of hers.
