Not keeping the customer at the center
I had the unfortunate experience of ordering an article with a 7 week delivery time.
A couple of weeks later, the same article was on discount - I tried therefore to cancel it and order with the discounted price (to be noted that I was still weeks away from delivery), or to get a voucher for the equivalent discount.
The answer was no, I had no right to cancel the order despite the article not being a personalised product.
I am particularly disappointed, it's the first time I hear of anything like this.
