I regret booking through TravelUp

I regret booking through TravelUp. The after-sales service has been nothing short of terrible. Once my payment was made, it felt impossible to reach anyone who could actually help. Emails go unanswered for days (sometimes weeks), and when I finally reach someone on the phone, I’m transferred from one department to another without any resolution.

What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of accountability — no one takes ownership of issues, and simple matters like flight changes or refunds turn into long, stressful battles. I expected a reputable travel company to provide support after booking, but TravelUp clearly doesn’t care once they have your money.

I strongly advise anyone considering TravelUp to think twice. There are plenty of other agencies that value their customers and actually deliver the service they promise.
