OsLIC is induced by 24-epibrassinolide at the transcriptional level.

(A) mRNA level of OsLIC was significantly increased after treatment for 12 h with 1 µM 24-epibrassinolide. The GUS activity was enhanced in different tissues, including basal stem in tillering stage (B), nodes (C), and collar (D) after treatment.
